Every two years Coty puts on a four-day long seminar for its 150 Latin America Duty Free Brand Ambassadors which aims at immersing its Brand Ambassadors into Coty’s culture, informing them of new product lines and marketing strategies for Coty’s 80+ brands and partnerships. These seminars are intensive because of the amount of information shared. VIBE’s goal was to craft a seamless memorable “COTY” luxurious experience, with entertainment themed around a few of COTY’ s selected brands. Being able to deliver the information strategically, motivate and inspire everyone even during “entertainment” times, was paramount to the success of our event. We created an all-immersive environment including an oversized white stage flanked by two rear projection screens on either side, 36” tall cut out 3D letters to make out the COTY logo, a beautifully designed showroom built by one of our trusted partners highlighting some of COTY’s 80 brands. The white neutral setting gave us the flexibility to adjust lighting based on the brand highlighted. Oversized projection screens would contribute to powerful and colorful on-brand visuals for all to remember. We orchestrated a Gucci dinner, themed after their newest perfume.To close the evening, VIBE handed out to participants their personalized baby photos. We closed the seminar with a Tiffany & Co. themed Gala dinner with reminders of blues and black followed by an award ceremony and a well known DJ to keep everyone dancing.
